Well where's the fraud. I mean its not good petitioner doesn't live in US. She may be asked. But be sure you state all that. I am sure they will try and check it out or they will question her. Who knows if they do anything or not. It being Iran maybe so.

YOu are the petitioner?

email embassy withdrawing your support for the visa/ do this before interview

if interview has happened notify embassy and immigration/ she should be stopped at airport

you actually do not have to prove fraud / just withdraw your support

What exactly are you trying to report and why.

They are not going to check just because you accuse someone of fraud. If you don't provide the proof, then all they have is the words of someone who doesn't like the petitioner and/or beneficiary.

aaron2020 if they check they will figure out.

How can I tell them just check the date the petitioner had been out of U.S.

Apple 21 could you please help me?

No one is going to check when you make an accusation of fraud without proof. You don't get this or will not accept this. No proof from you = no go. Edited by aaron2020
