Hi

I am new green card holder and i want to call my mother to visit me see my home and stay with me for few weeks or just a month. But i dont know that after how much time i can call my mom and can new green card holder can invite her parents to vist them . As my mom can not stay with me for long time because she has her family over there in Pakistan.My mom is 70 years old. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

Your mother will have to prove to the satisfaction of the US consular official at the interviewing US embassy/consulate, that she has significant ties to Pakistan such that she would return to Pakistan after her US visit is completed. Such ties could include, property, house ownership, current stable employment, etc. Each visitor visa applicant is presumed to have immigration intent, and must prove that they are not trying to immigrate to the US. A letter from a doctor, any documents from you, or any other invitation-type letter would likely have no positive effect on the visitor visa approval.

'call your mother' is never for tourist visas.

please study the NIV sub-section of the USA Embassy in Islamabad, it explains all the stuff your mother needs to do.

All she can do is apply. You are not a part of her request for a visitor visa.

Having a doctor back home is not a tie; to an average person, the US presumably has better medical facilities.

Your new green card has nothing to do with a tourist visa. Mom would apply just like any other applicant in Pakistan.
