Do you need to pay two IV fees for both parents? (a separate IV for each?)

When a US citizen wants to bring both parents: Paying AOS paying for one of the parents is enough and the other one will be accepted as a related case. Does this also hold for IV fee as well, or you need to pay one fee for each of the paretns?

No, immigrant visa fees are per person unlike AOS fee which covers both of them.

Same with $165 that you have to pay after they get their immigrant visa (for printing their green card) - per person.
