Does anyone know if I am suppose to send my original birth certificate and original divorce decree to my fiancé for his interview. I looked at packet 3 and it ask for original copies but unsure if it is his and mine or just his. I submitted copies in the USCIS process. Also for K2 because he is bringing his 8 year old son. He only has a letter from the mother saying basically she doesn't want anything to do with the child ( Cerebral Palsy) and that he is free to take him where ever he likes because she will not take care of him. we listed him on the petition and I can not find any documentation other than a letter from the parent ThAT is not going to US

Packet 3 pertains to the beneficiary. So that is only for him to take his original birth certificate (get an extra original birth ceritifcate to bring to USA with him) and divorce decree. You've already sent your documents to USCIS. I believe a letter is all that is needed, but Maybe someone else more familiar with this situation at the JA embassy can advise.

Check with consulate abroad with their method of contact for immigrant visa.
