Has anyone had this issue? How long did it take you until you were able to pay the fees? I've heard all kinds of stories. I'm wondering if this is an issue with the website or they haven't processed our DS-261

Having the same issue. The fee isn't appearing and its been more than the allotted time they want us to wait for things to get processed. I'm thinking its just the site.

I'm having the same issue. It's been 3 weeks since I got my case number and invoice id. At first I got the error that the information you entered doesn't match our records. And after I called the NVC a few times I get a new error when I login, "the case number you entered isn't availble for further review at this time". I go to the second step for pay my fees and it shows my name but the bill not invoiced yet, since I haven't been able to complete choose an agent. It is frustrating and the people on the phone aren't helpful and say it's because I use the wrong internet browser, though I know it's not the case. I've tried every possible browser. And they aren't sure when the website will be fixed. It seems like they expect it to be down for a while because of the message that says " if this is an emergency situation contact the local embassay". According to websites, the delay is from a surge in illegals getting priority over spouses of US citizens, http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/05/18/immigrants-applying-to-enter-us-legally-facing-longer-waits/

Do you mean specifically your fee will be available in 5-10 days or that most people's will be up in 5-10 days (provided the only reason it isn't up yet is because of the site issues)?

Yes, When my husband called them they said ours will be 5-10 days for us to pay the fee. I suggest guys to just call them so that they will know it & then they can unlock it also.

Same problem. Case number assigned 4/13/15, DS-261 filed online and accepted, AOS fee paid online 4/21/15. I-864EZ & support mailed to NVC 4/25. 5/6 rec'd acknowlegment letter that AOS package rec'd. Here's the kicker, though, that letter said this: "We expect It will be at least 60 days from the date we received your mail before we complete the
review of your documents. We will notify you when we review your documents"

since then, nothing. IV fees are not available to pay online. On 5/21 I submitted an online "Ask NVC" inquiry about the issue. No response. Repeated called to NVC are not even answered (the message just says they are busy and call back later).

Any suggestions on what to do? Or just wait quietly for the IV fees to become available to pay online? I wonder if phone calls (if you can get through) help move the process along?
