I do not know what I was thinking but my foreign fiancé went back to France the 22nd of April. I have EVERYTHING filled out and ready to go to realize that, I put down her departure as the 21st instead of the 22nd for some dumb reason.

My question is, can I go through and change the typed information from a 1 to a 2 with a pen? will that look suspicious to them?

thank you all in advance!

If it's your I-129F just take a new print and this time be careful. I don't suggest you correct the print with ink. They might not suspect anything but it will just look messy over an otherwise clean form. Me and my fiance had faced a similar situation (well not too much but still) where we forgot to date our G-325a forms so we just dated them in black ink and signed them. But this little error remained at the back of my mind up until we received our NOA2, cause you never know what tinniest error the NVC or USCIS officers might find in your paperwork and make you do all of it all over again. So why get worried about something you can just change really easily?

Good luck with the process!

The lawyers preparing the forms for us made a total mess of them. Sent them using liquid paper to correct. We were approved regardless.

However, if you still have time to re print and sign, I don't see why not.
