What are your thoughts on the next bulletin??

Will it continue the trend of 4 weeks movement? Or maybe give us some nice movement?

The suspense is starting to build up now that late June 2014 filers are getting welcome letters.

.....Keep updating so we can keep track....

My thought is there will be big jump in the last quarter of the fiscal year. The reasons are:

1. They need to make sure they use all visas allotted for this year by end of September. (October starts new fiscal year 2016). So they are catching up to make sure they exhaust this years quota.

2. Obama new initiative on streamlining immigration process is catching up and they are cleaning lot of loop holes (process delay) in the application process. That is why we are seeing lot of updates on websites.

3.There is also some talk about capturing unused visa from previous years. I am not saying it will happen right now but it at least reminds USCIS / DOS that they are required by law to use allotted quota of visa when there is sufficient demand.

I think there is good chance that by September 2015 the dates will move to PD June/July 2014 for F2A. I won't be surprised if they become current also.

I agree sbai. I haven't even got welcome letter from nvc yet and im nov filer. Nvc process should slow down as many vsc cases are under process which creating a backlog. Nvc assigning fees and invoice is not criteria for priority date because different uscis has different approval time frame.

@ Hardik - are you serious?? what is wrong with you?

I'm not sure if your problem is your English or your understanding of this immigration process but getting your I-130 approved does not mean that you have case complete.!!!

NO-ONE from that thread that you cite has case complete. Those are VERMONT filers - of which I am one - and they do not have case complete and there are still VJers on that same thread who are still waiting for their NOA2...

please, if you don't understand the F2A immigration process, that's fine, but please stop saying that many cases from Oct/Nov/Dec 2013 have case complete

That statement is simply not true for the many cases that were filed through Vermont.
