Can we submit more prrof at NVC stage?

It's been 4 months since we applied i-130 and with the initial packet I only included a few of our wedding pictures and marriage certificate. Now that I'm reading posts here it seems people send in so much information such as skype logs, phone/ txt records, vacation pictures, hotel receipts etc. All of this, we have. I'm feeling like I didn't send in much to show our relationship. We filed soon after we got married.

Now I don't want to send in additional information as it might unnecessarily delay the process. The process is too long as it is. But for NVC purposes, will there be a step during which I can send a well prepared set of proof of relationship such as vacation pictures, skype logs, phone records etc? And also, please advise how much is enough? I don't wanna overwhelm the NVC either which so much information that it takes them a long time to go through it all.

What have your experiences been like? Thanks in advance for your help.

NVC won't care about extra evidence of a bona fide relationship. If your I-130 petition was not enough, USCIS will send you an RFE. A lot of people bring pictures and stuff to their interview, but not at the NVC stage.

Yes you can send extra evidence with the IV package to the NVC to make sure the CO has the evidence in hand before the interview. You would likely put a binder clip on it and in the cover letter explain it is extra marriage evidence.

This is called "side-loading" by the way.

Is that all you inluced except for the forms? Not to alarm you but if that's the case, you haven't included any proof of bona fidas of marriage. The marriage cert and wedding pics are just proof of you getting married. As per the instructions for the I-130 petition, you also need to include proof of bona fidas of marriage, i.e proof of an ongoing relationship such as tickets for visiting each other, communication etc. Get them ready now because I would be surprised if you didn't get an RFE. Sorry! ?

Just to weigh in....we did not send any bona fide information (pictures etc.) to USCIS and we were not given an RFE. I got bad advice from a lawyer not to!! Anyway, when we did the AOS and IV for NVC we did send in pages and pages of pictures etc. and photocopies of letters. So far no RFE regarding bona fide relationship. I will bring all of it and more to the interview.

Wondering if one decides to provide additional evidence of bona fide marriage at NVC stage that wasnt provided earlier at the USCIS stage, is it included in the IV package or the AOS package? I am guessing it should be IV package, but I wanna make sure what others do.
