I am new to this and have been reading many post about evidence. But what do you do when you talk more on the phone than texting and all that online stuff?

Do you have to show every manner of communication on earth these days. I mean Whatsapp and BBM downloaded looks so fake and can be fabricated?

Facebook I guess could be used?

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you for your time.

We didn't show any communication at all. The proof for our petition was two affidavits, photos from our visits and of me meeting his family at various occasions, the power of attorney I hold for my husband and the major proof being the trips I've been taking to see my husband every three months for the past four years.

My point is, what evidence to enclose with the petition can vary with each relationship. Face time, i.e trips to see each other is the number one proof you can give though, that speaks volumes to prove bona fidas to USCIS. If you don't have that many visits then the next best thing is to show the communication you have. Can you get call records to print out? How about communications or meetings with each other's friends and family? That's really good proof too.

I would also check in the Nigeria specific forum, as Nigeria is considered a high fraud country and there might be additional proof needed.

Well as far as the embassy goes they like phone logs and pictures of family and friends. But as the previous poster said nothing says good evidence of a bonafide relationship like visits. Whether you have many visits or a long visit. They are both important. Expect to go during the process 1 or 2 times and try to be there for the interview if at all possible.
