Maybe they want USC to come back and start paying taxes...who knows why... :)

I just came to stay with my husband in his native country.

Where did you get that info, Frips? Could you share the source? How do they know the case has to be expedited?

What's DCF, please, and how do I know if it's available in Georgia?

DCF is the abbreviation for Direct Consular Filing, it is only available in countries that have a USCIS field office. Georgia does not have a USCIS field office so DCF is not available there.

Do we have to file an expedite request or the case will be automatically expedited? How do we bring that to their attention that we live together outiside the US in the beneficiary's country?

How do they file an expedite request? Is there a special form?

You don't make a request and there is no special form. They simply see that you are living abroad by going off the address on the form. If you are fortunate, they will place the file in the unofficial auto-expedite queue.
