My girlfriend is coming to visit next month. We are debating the pros and cons of marrying on the B2 vs the K1. If we went

the B2 route, we surely would wait four months to marry. The question I have is if we went that route, once in the AOS interview -

would we need to prove that there was an evolution of the relationship?? Or would we only need to prove that the relationship

at the time of the interview is real and pure?

Entering the US on a nonimmigrant visa with the preconceived intent to remain and adjust status would constitute immigration fraud. It is also against the ToS of this site.

You asked about the 30/60/90 day rule recently and also seems that you are withdrawing your petition.

If you are withdrawing your petition what is happening?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
