ok im at the last part of nvc the have paid all my fees and sent documents and my did DS-261 and DS-260 but they put are case down as CR-1 but we going to be married two years on may 5 2015 and now we are waiting for case to be closed and get a interview date what happens if are case is now CR-1 but in a week and half we will be married for two years do are case change to IR-1 or not ???

I cant remember for sure sure why I read here but if I remember right you should bring it up during interview and if they cant alter the visa I believe they can do that at the Port of Entry.

Don't worry about . But do bring up at interview and when you POE remind the CBP that its 2 years so he inputs in system correctly.

I don't think you should be worried about that. You've done nothing wrong.

Just make sure you mention it during the interview for them to consider.

As long as it's being 2 years when you ENTER the USA, you will get the IR1.
