I-130 visa refuse for my wife .what to do next

my wife had interview in us embassy in Kathmandu Nepal on April 1st 2015 . they denied the visa saying not enough proof of evidence because they were looking for pictures of me and her getting married in traditional way , our wedding was very small n simple cause my uncle passed away just before a week . that is the reason we did not do a big fat wedding there is not a lot pictures also . now we request a new interview date , she has picture of us posted in facebook after our wedding , will that be a good evidence going in social media and telling the world that we are married people comments congrtultion and so many thing , I was thinking to do screen shot of that and take that in the next interview .

what othere thing will be a good evidence of proof ?

how long will it take now for the next interview date ?

What paperwork do you have to show evidence of the marriage? Did you supply them with marriage certificate? Do you have any more concrete examples of your marriage, like joint assets/bank accounts etc.? Photos are good, but adding just one to the set isn't going to make much difference.

When they made the denial, she should have received a letter telling her why she was denied and what to do about it - what does that letter say? Did it say she can return with more evidence?

Sorry to know this, but I-130 you filed directly at US embassy in Nepal as DCF? Is it right?

Nepal does not offer DCF, so this is unlikely.

While you're replying, can you also confirm which petition you filed and when, and at what stage she received her denial? Also, your bio says "Adjustment of Status (Pending)".

was it refused with a 221-g asking for more evidence, or was it denied. If it was denied you will not have another interview, the case will be sent back to USCIS to revoke or deny.

Do you have certificate of marriage? Lease/house deed-utilities in same account-joint bank accounts-credit cards-any other financial data that shows joint ownership/responsibility. Letters from the presider of the wedding, guests. Ask others if they have pictures. Is there a state records division that has certified copies? Did you have a reception? Get any and all corroborating evidence/proof. If all else fails, call your Congress person and see if they can help. Copies of Facebook, other social media-by you and others-anything concrete, documentable will help.

Then you need to provide more evidence. Get copy of your uncle's death certificate and write a statement giving that reason for not having a traditional wedding. Do you have proof of your spouse interacting with your family and vice versa? Add that as proof. Trips to see each other is also great proof. Edited April 18, 2015 by mallafri76

Your visa type is CR-1, IR-1 or K-1?

CR-1 visa - have been married for less than 2 years (Temporary green card)

IR-1 visa - have been married for 2 years or more. (Permanent green card)

K-1 visa - bring fiancée to the U.S. to get married within 90 days

I-130 is immigration form for either fiancée or spouse or family member.

When did you get married? If you got married, did you submit lots of evidences including bona fide marriage evidences to uscis along with I-130 petition? If so, did your beneficiary bring lots of evidences to prove to the visa officer at the interview? As well as tax papers/transcript/affidavit of support?
