AOS checklist, medical form and finance support documents

Hi everybody,

I just arrived to US one week ago and I am about to get married next month

I read the forms and I am a little bit confused May be somebody already got done this earlier and can share with the experience I will appreciate all info :-)

1. What supporting docs we need to attach for Affidavit support (We have co-sponsor)?

2. I miss one vaccination in my DS-3025 form What Civil Sergeon should I go? (I live in San Antonio, TX)

3. When I suppose to apply for SSN?

4. Do we need submit AOS (I-485 form) before 90 days? Or we can do it later? If it is how long I can stay in US after I will get married and without submitting AOS?

The fees for the I-765(EAD-work authorization) and I-131(AP-advance parole for travel) are waived when filed with a pending I-485, so include both of those too. It takes about 60-90 days to receive the EAD/AP combo card, which will allow you to work(along with an SSN) and re-enter the US when traveling abroad while waiting for the green card approval.

You need all the supporting documents for each form as well, so read the instructions for each one. You can also search here on VJ for what to include with each form if you get stumped. There are also example forms here on VJ you can look at when filling out the forms. They can be helpful.
