My wife and her son came here on a K1-K2 visa. He was 21 at the time. Now 25, he has been here just over 4 years..She received her citizenship on 7/14. Now her son wants to apply. May I assume that he does not need to be here for 5 years to apply? The options to check off do not apply to him but I can write down the info in the "other" box. Anyone been thru this and can help? Thanks.
