K1 London - Interview Documents

Good Evening All!

I am fast approaching my interview date and finalising and triple checking I have everything I need to take to the embassy. I am taking the following documentation can someone confirm I have everything I need and if I am missing anything?

  • Passport
  • Old Passport with past US visa in it
  • Birth Certificate (Long)
  • Interview Letter
  • Receipt of visa and home delivery payment
  • DS-160 confirmation page
  • Police Certificate
  • Affidavit of Support with support documents (Employment letter, pay stubs, tax return)
  • Further evidence of relationship (boarding passes for visits since we filed I-129f and photos)

Am I missing something?

Thanks very much! I guess I just needed someone else to check for me :)

I am quite calm now - I am more paranoid about forgetting a document or something simple. Hopefully all will be fine

I think it's normal to be anxious. Probably not a bad thing as it encourages you to triple check everything. As long as you don't lose your head to panic, a little bit of anxiety will keep you on track.

The list in your pack looks like a mirror of mine, except I have a divorce certificate in the mix which is obviously irrelevant to you, and additional birth certificate for my daughter.

Otherwise, you seem to be all set.

You have to bring old passports as well?

His old passport has a visa in it, so in his case, yes. Otherwise no.
