Finally my application was accepted on Feb 07th 2015. I did fingerprints in Holtsville USCIS office in NY on Mar 16th.

I am still waiting for interview notice.

I requested interview to be done in Fairfax office, VA.

Will they grant me that or will they schedule my interview to be conducted in Holtsville office in NY

P.S My application was sent to Phoenix, AZ

but shows that is being processesed in National Benefit Center in Missouri

I'd call uscis tier 2 agent and have them submit a inquiry with fairfax office to ajudicated your case. That's what I did last week, but still waiting on response. I filed N400- 319b last month with Vermont center and my case is still in NBC. I did also submit a writen request to be interviewed at the fairfax office, but it doesn't seem working. -.- they r really slow and don't really know what they r doing.

Agreed, definitely call the USCIS help line and ask to be transfered to a Tier-2 agent. Give them the details and make sure they understand you are a 319b case. They are supposed to grant your request for interview at whichever office you designate, since physical residency requirements are waived for the 319b.

Also, contact the Fairfax office and ask them to ask them to assist - they are very helpful.

Thank you all for your reply.

I called USCIS today and requested to speak to tier-2 agent. They called me after 4 hours. I requested the interview to be conducted in Fairfax office.

Do I need to send a mail/fax to National Benefit Center requesting the same thing??

Or that should be enough
