I received this Document Cover Sheet with my welcome letter and AOS Bill. Everywhere I have read that the AOS and IV Packages are two separate packages but in this Doc cover sheet they are asking to send Financial docs as well as Supporting Docs. Am I wrong and this is the entire AOS Package and I will have to put an IV package separately? Please help, I'm confused!

Send both financial and supporting documents together!..

If you send financial and supporting documents separate it can delay the process.

Once you pay the AOS fee you will have to print a bar code cover sheet,it will inform you to send both financial and supporting documents together.

This is copied and pasted from the NVC website:

After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of your forms, financial evidence, and photocopies of your original civil documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents in one package.

GOOD LUCK!!..

Thank you so much for clarifying this for me I have been reading so much on the whole process that I was preparing for AOS and IV separately. Even VJ's timeline tool has them as two packages. I paid my AOS Fee last week and the IV side has not been activated so I got worried and checked this forum and someone mentioned that only after NVC receives the package do they generate the IV Bill. and since they are expecting everything together I started to panic. Thank god I didn't send it out Thanks for the replies everyone I can breathe easier now. BTW I did read the instructions on the NVC website adding to the confusion.

Your welcome!..Yes it is very confusing and at time I have wanted to scream and pull my hair out because i want to do everything as correct as possible and step by step to avoid a checklist or delay. Your IV fee will be ready to pay once the NVC has processed your DS 261. Everything will be ok :)
