calling NVC

I've been calling for about an hour to NVC to the phone number 603 334-0700.

I've spent 2 prepaid phone cards without any luck.

I'm calling from Argentina.

Any advice about when is better to call them? I can't spend the rest of my day (and my money) trying to get ahold

when they first open or when they are about to close. a lot have had luck with those times.

Do you have a smart phone or computer if either get Skype and you can pay about 13 dollars I think a month and call phone numbers unlimited that's how I call from over seas .

unfortunatelly, I don't have a credit card to buy credit on skype.

I could comunicate, but the woman couldnt hear me and hung up the call.

I just used all my prepaid card.

This was so frustrating. Fell like #######.

Do you have an android phone? If so, you might want to try google hangouts dialer (it used to be google voice before last September). That's how I called the USA for free when I was abroad.

Best time to call them is right when they open at 7 AM Eastern time or around 11 PM Eastern time.

I tried to use it, but it doesnt work in some countries. Argentina is one of them.

Anyway, a friend lend me his credit card, so i could buy credit with skype. btw, there is an offer, free calls for a month worldwide lol.

I could comunicate, they said my case is already in Argentinian embassy. but i forgot to ask when they recieved it and my case number. Also, they asked me if I wanted to talk with an specialist, but they only speak english, and I dont feel confident enough for speaking in english with someone else than my fiance.

I told him to call and get that info.

At least, now i know my case is here. Anyway, I still have to wait until may to send package 3.
