I am engaged to a US Army we met working in a base, and she went back to States filed the K1 Fiancee VIsa, it was accepted in Dallas TX and it is en route to California, they said i have to wait for 7 to 9 days to get official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with my receipt number, my question was since i have worked with a private contractor here in Afghanistan, and i have all my background check and even cleared with all my database here and i even have the USG LOA(letter of Authorization) will this speed up my process of approval if they treat my case in a way that i have worked for USG?, please someone explain this to me since i want this expedited, thank you.

Expedited for what reason?

Your fiancé being in the army is no cause for an expedite.

Nor will what you said speed up the petition.

You case could be fast simply because the CSC has faster approval rates than the TSC. You're looking at a week to 5 months anyway.

What is the basis of an expedite?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The petition your USC fiancee submitted will be processed the same as everyone else, unless she seeks an expedite based on having orders for deployment.

No, the petitioner recieies the NOA1 notice, not the beneficiary.

my question was since i have worked with a private contractor here in Afghanistan, and i have all my background check and even cleared with all my database here and i even have the USG LOA(letter of Authorization) will this speed up my process of approval

No, they will still do the same checks as everyone else. If it is clean, then it will be found as clean.

if they treat my case in a way that i have worked for USG?,

No

please someone explain this to me since i want this expedited, thank you.

Nice to want.
