i am a visa wavier entry recently got married have overstayed due to medical exam taking forever and wanted to file everything together this is my cover letter please telll me if its ok

aalso my AOS form i have put my address but it says C/O in care of what do i write in this section
and my date of last entry i put when i last entered the US right but current ISCIS status and expires on what do i put in there i came on a visa wavier so im abit confused with this part and filling it out

I think your cover letter is fine. I just filed mine too last December 2014. Same as yours concurrently filed for I-130/I-485.

You can leave it blank if letters posted to you don't require a 'care of' line.

I think you have an incorrect mailing address..........you are filing concurrently for I-130 and I-485, please kindly read again the Instruction for Form I-130...... you may encounter a few days of delay in re-routing your paper works.....

May 12, 2015 (day 75) - AP/EAD approved and Card has been ordered.
