Hi,

As the previous member said ALL the K1 Petitions MUST BE sent to Dallas, so nothing wrong. In fact, Vermont has not processed K-1 petitions for quite some time now.

And TCS has always had jurisdiction over North Carolina!!

Your case will be processed at TSC (Considering no transfers to CSC).

Good luck!!

I found on I129 instructions that NC was VSC jurisdiction and obviously I was kinda freaking out because of the VERY different pricessing time both of them have. I was hoping by this time to get NOA2 and we've got no answer yet. :(

Thanks for your help anyway guys!

Well, unfortunately some june filers are still waiting on their NOA2. As of now I am not pretty aware of the current processing times but I would say that you have a little while before your NOA2. Hopefully I am wrong and this whole process is so unpredictable that everything is possible!

Have a good and smooth journey!

The I-129F instructions do not list mailing addresses by location or jurisdictions for processing. The I-129F instructions only state that the mailing address is that of the Dallas Lockbox intake facility. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/538432-process-for-the-mailing-and-receiving-of-i-129f-petitions/
