suspended processing case

Finally got an answer after petitioning for my fiancée back in august 4 of last year. Not what I was expecting, at all.

What exactly does this lead to now. I have a very difficult time even fathoming what possibly could be wrong, this is not the first time I have petitioned for a fiancée visa. I did so some 14 years ago and legally divorced last year before filing for my fiancée.

• employment check
• income check
• divorced check,
• evidence of relationship check
• visited three times check
• daily texting and weekly video chatting check.

does anybody have a clue ?

Just gonna have to wait for the hard copy letter in the mail. It's really not a bad thing. Once you send what they want, approval will come soon. You are very close.

They just need more documents before resuming working on your case. It's ok, means they're moving along.

They will just stop working on ur case not until they recieve the evidence that they were asking for.. As soon as they have recieved those, they will begin processing ur case again.. Thats what they call RFE.

You'll know exact details in the postal mail piece that you will receive soon.

could be something easy, like

1. not 2 G-325-A forms.

2. used G-325, not G-325-A

3. signed letter of intent from 2 of you, not 2 of them. or original signature missing.

4. photocopy of all of the pages of the certified divorce decree on you, showing seal/stamp

a RFE slows the process down, sure - but at least you know an adjudicator looked at it last week, aye?

Adding to this...incompletely filled out form(s), missing signature, missing signature dates,

it can be pretty much anything...

I wouldn't stress over it now...just deal with it when you get the details.
