No. A lawyer can't help you to get a visa.

For processes like this all a lawyer can do is file paperwork and take your money.

But at the stage you are at now and what is being asked you need more evidence of your relationship.

A lawyer cannot provide you with that. Only you can.

By the time you get a lawyer, and the lawyer takes their sweet time reviewing your papers, you yourself will probably have already gathered the documents needed. If all they are asking for is further proof, just gather it before the deadline.

What did you submit for your evidence of your relationship (visits/email/letter/etc.)? This is the part where I don't know how a lawyer can help. I guess they could package it better once you provide the information to them, but other than that I doubt they can do anything else.

No, unless the person you have a relationship with is a lawyer. Only you can provide proof of a relationship.

because the time been wasted during the process is so much.

Sounds like your going to need to spend more time....and just getting married is not sufficient, you need more evidence of a legitimate relationship.

I took every evidence today but the CO is telling me she is sending our case back and she annoy approve our petition. It's sad that you will waste Money on medicals, appointment fees and time but they will not grant you a visa. I want to know if a lawyer can help me still gain this visa back without startng the process again.

Something is "off" in your relationship that's why the consul can't approve the visa.

What are the circumstances of your relationship? How you met? How long have you known each other before the proposal? Have you met the family? How long were the visits? Things like that.

You may now want to look into chasing the spousal visa.

Good luck!

A lawyer can only help you with what you tell or give to him or her. If your visa was deny because of lack of evidence. A lawyer can not provide you with more evidence. If you do have more evidence you can show, then why pay for a lawyer for something you can do

Nothing a lawyer can do... You need more evidence of a real relationship. Your word alone is not good enough. This Embassy is considered a hard Embassy.

When you say they were 'unable' to issue your visa can you elaborate? What else did they tell you? Did they give you a reason why?

Most of the time this site will have members telling you that you do not need a lawyer, because as others have pointed out they will generally take a lot of money and fill out the same forms you are already filling out on your own. However, if there is a reason WHY you need a lawyer then that is different.

What type of evidence did you present? When you brought more, what was it?

Did they say your case was being sent back? Is that what I read? Please take time to share more details so that knowledgeable members can offer more support!

What exactly did they ask you? Did you take anything to help prove your relationship? You need to think quick or you will have wasted all your time and money.
