That is the million dollar question. Texas has basically approved no petitions this week...at least none that were reported on Igors list.

Don't fret. You must remember that statistically this website is an extremely small margin compared to the entire US East coast. Only a fraction is on this website. I'm sure there were petitions approved. The times will vary. The graphs are skewed and biased towards the people on here (I.e., filling out timelines incorrectly, not filling them out, not reporting progress). A mathematician/statistician would absolutely hate how we conduct our predictions.

Let's just look forward to a 6 1/2 to 7 month approval as of now (with no RFE, criminal checks, etc. that is) and hope for a speedy approval! If not, you will go crazy waiting hour by hour. :)

This is the best reply here.. I was lucky to get approved at TSC last Friday with only a 74 day wait from NOA-1 in November 2014 to NOA-2 in Feburary 2015. for a CR-1.. I am Number 2 on Igor's List for TSC... Have a look there to see what is what....and Rember that this website is unknown to thousands of people as Pianoman815 stated.. This site is for entertainment purposes only.. Every case is handled differently.. This is my 2nd. time as a Filer in the past 8 years so I kinda know the system a little better than others do..

Congratulations! You are living proof! Yes, we all must understand that there are more people not on this website applying for a K-1 then us on here. We honestly probably only make up for about 5% of all K-1 filers across the U.S. The statistics on here are simply a rough estimate. Very rough. We could never use the statistics in here to conduct an immigration study whatsoever.

I have a PhD in engineering and I can tell you that my academic colleagues would never use data from forums. I do hope that this response will ease some people's minds. Just relax, enjoy the ride, and the NOA2 will be in your mailbox before you know it!
