I married us citizen, came to us nov 22 2013,, divorced jan 14 2014. I have conditional green card ,expires nov.22 2015 . He has filed marriage fraud. I commit adultery with my husband. My new man is currently in bitter divorce.but has promised to marry me before nov. and has lawyers to help me keep my GC . My ex husband has proof of conversations where I talk about the lawyers and marry new man to keep green card. I'm sure he send these to ice. I also have very little proof of real marriage with ex husband. Can getting married to new man save my green card, with lawyer to. Can I fight deportation under these obstacles.

To begin with - you were supposed to remove conditions on your GC immediately after divorce.

You have an attorney, best to ask them. If USCIS has proof you married your first spouse for the green card, then left him and married another man for a green card most likely you won't get to keep it. Depends what they know and what you can prove.

You need to get advice from your lawyers. It would seem to me that you have placed yourself in a sticky situation. Good luck!

Bluntly going to say this but no chance.

Looks like fraud.

Smells like fraud.

Marrying a new man won't save your green card that was based on your previous marriage.

This is the reason that the two year conditional green card exists.

So you posted pretending to be her?....

Okay.

Then advice to you, you are divorced, you have nothing to do with her ROC.

I think it won't work but you need to move on now.
