I was just browsing through our petition forms and I noticed I put the wrong year for my birthday on the line that asks for information about relatives (line 17). Do you think this is a serious issue?? My birthdate is correct on the information provided on the first page of the I-130, the g325 form, AND the copy of my birth certificate is also included.

Probably depends on how picky the officer reviewing your case is. :( You would think that with your birthday correct in all other places and your birth certificate attached, it will be ok. Did you fill out the I-130 yourself? If so, hopefully they understand it's just a typo, since it's your own birthday and you're the USC.

I did call the USCIS today and they told me just as you said. However, they did not give me an address to send the paper to. I did a search and I found a list of P.O. Boxes for the Nebraska Service Center. I am sending it to P.O. 87130 since it says that is what they use for I-130's. I enclosed a letter explaining the error, an I-130 with the correct birthdate, and a copy of my birth certificate. I figure I would rather be safe than sorry. Hopefully it should all be good now.
