Hi everyone, thank you for all your helpful input. I don't want to ask a repetitive question but I have a question about my husband's income on the I-864 form for AOS. Should I write the same income from the form I-134 (which I used during the K1 visa interview) or should I put the current income considering my husband's income has decreased by $2000 but his income is still above the poverty line and requirement by USCIS? Also, should we wait to file for the 2014 income tax or can we send it before filing for federal income tax for the year 2014?

Thank you.

You list current annual income where it asks and provide proof of that income. You do not have to file your 2014 taxes before filing for AOS now.
