DS 260 Question .Medical Check - Seoul

I'm currently filling out the electronic DS-260 for my wife.

On the medical and health section it asks, "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?" Is this something that is covered in the medical check? The medical check was given to us in a sealed envelope. Check the yes box?

After completeing the DS-260, do we make an interview appointment? Or do we need to be granted permission to make an interview appointment?
