Where are the uscis?!

I am a September filer and I ve seen on the uscis website that they are working on June 6th , is this more or less where they are? I've waited for 4months now - I know we have another 1/2 months to wait but still..... This is such a nightmare

If you lived in the right state so that your petition went to CSC, you'd be married already. August 4th filers here. Still waiting.

They are currently starting to process July. How long that will take is anyone's guess.

TSC is 7-8 months behind

that's the sad reality of it no other way to sugarcoat it..

if you filed in September.. expect to hear from them around April or so

They just moved into July though I believe there are a few June people left. We filed in July and still haven't heard about our NOA2 yet. Average waiting time between NOA1 and NOA2 is currently 200 days though I suspect it will increase unless USCIS really speed up.

Our NOA2 approval came at 200 days after our NOA1.. We filed July 8, NOA2 was January 23. Unfortunately there is little you can do until you at LEAST hit 5 months. At that point you can attempt to open an inquiry with a Tier 2 agent, but from experience, TSC will close it out because their website won't state they are processing September. You can attempt to raise an inquiry using your Senator or Congressman.. There are many threads on this already, there's probably better info there.

We got my Senator involved, opened an Omsbudsman case, Tier 2 inquiry, InfoPass appointment.. the works. Once you hit 5 months you may have a better standing, but probably not before. At 6 months start raising hell. We started getting really aggressive on contacting everyone and anyone when we realized it was almost 7 months.
