Sorry that i cant help, but all tge time that i have seen here with wrong name, it is when people get passport from consulates.

When they see that the name is wrong they send back passport to the consulate, the consulate fix it and send it back. But all that it is before live from home country.

It is late now, but you should wach very well before live with a wrong name, bwcause now it is other person who entered at usa no your fiance, you know it is another person by the names.

Just call directelly to the embassy at his home country to see what they say.

The wrong name need to be fix it by the consulate.

Really you need callor e-mail the consulate at Hamaice, because with this problem , he isnt going to be able to do aos, it is a sirious problem, because on his passport and birthcertifica he has another midle name, and rhe person who entered has another midle name.

So for immigration your fiance hasnt entered at usa.

So I went back to SS and changed my name to my married name and also applied for my husband ss# and we got thru she said nothing about his middle name been a problem and his name was spelled correctly on his ss# reguest. We still gonna go to USCIS to have them fix that problem
