Hi,

I am recently married after my fiancé was here on a k1 visa and have a few questions...

1- For form i-693 my husband had his medical in NZ on November 20 and has all vaccines. DO we just fill out the first steps of the sheet? I am just a bit confused and not gathering solid information on the internet. Or do I just hand in the vaccination record?

2- do i the usc need to fill in a g-325a like we did for the i-129f?

3-I had a real hard time getting my co sponsor to do the paperwork for the k-1 interview and I'm afraid to ask her again. At the interview they only looked at my papers and didn't even glance at my co Sponsors. I do reach the minimum wage but I've only been employed since July so I don't have w-2s or anything. But I do have more than enough money to support the two of us.

I would just like to proceed with this process without a co sponsor but I don't know if that's possible since I don't have w2s or itr.

Please let me know if you think this is doable or I will need a co sponsor!

THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

You can't filled out the I-693 form by yourself. You need an appointed USCIS doctor to filled out the section. Yes, only beneficiary needs to filled out G-325A. About co-sponsor, let others chime in since I have no knowledge about this. Good luck!

Form I-693 only needs to be completed if the overseas medical form (form DS-3025) was not complete and there were vaccinations missing. A civil surgeon is needed for this. They will fill out the form and seal it in an envelope. If this is not the case and the form is complete, then you just need to send in the DS-3025 with your AOS application. The iveeseas medical also needs to be within 1 year of applying for AOS.

10.16.14 : I-485 AOS & I-765 EAD mailed

10.20.14 : Packet received

11.06.14 : NOA email and text msg for AOS & EAD

11.10.14 : NOA hard copy

11.17.14 : Biometrics letter received

11.24.14 : Biometrics appointment

11.26.14 : RFE email for AOS

12.01.14 : RFE hard copy

12.02.14 : RFE sent

12.30.14 : EAD in production

01.07.15 : EAD mailed

01.08.15 : EAD received!!

Do not include an incomplete I-693 that is not filled out and signed by a civil surgeon. See this post > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232

2- do i the usc need to fill in a g-325a like we did for the i-129f? No, only the AOS applicant.

3-I had a real hard time getting my co sponsor to do the paperwork for the k-1 interview and I'm afraid to ask her again. If you meet the income requirement, then provide a letter from your employer and recent pay stubs to prove your current annual income. You will also need to include a statement to explain why you were not legally required to file any of the last 3 years of taxes that you did not file.
