Checklist Question

Hi everyone,

I received a checklist today for some items I messed up on our AOS. It is confusing though as it seems they want me to fix something, but they don't clarify. Can someone help me understand this?

It lists every part of the checklist, but I'm assuming the only issues are the ones where there is an [x] indicated. Is that right? Meaning, here, only Part 3 Item 7.

Thanks in advance everyone.

They want you to fix part 3, item 7. How many people are immigrating and how many did you put as your household count?

I didn't even fill that part out :( I'm so mad at myself. It's weird though. Because I did the same thing on my cosponsor's form and it doesn't appear that that was an issue. I'm on hold now with NVC so I'll double check if I need to send his as well.
