I-129f - Child question HELP?

Hey EVERYONE,

So my fiance and I are busy completing all the forms needed to file the petition. I'm in the UK and he's in the US. We've recently had a son together, he's 3 months old and he has both US and UK citizenship, we've already got his CRBA and US passport sorted alongside his British one. My question is, do I need to include his details on the I-129f where it asks about the fiance's children. He's our son but he doesn't need a visa as he is already recognised as an American citizen. So I just want to be sure of everything really and hopefully you guys can help.

Any input is appreciated!

K-1: NOA1 to Visa Approval - 8 MONTHS, 19 DAYS

AOS: NOA1 to Green Card Approval - 3 MONTHS, 16 DAYS

ROC:  - NOA1: January 16, 2018; Case Received at Local Office: January 5, 2019;...

Yes you need to list him because he is also a child of your fiancée. The form asks you to list all children of your fiancée.

Most of what it asks is for biographic information so list any and all children, kinda like you may have to lists schools, addresses, jobs, etc. At some point you get to say who is on the visa with you (or not). Listing a child now is not applying for a visa for them. That would happen at the London stage of the process.
