Has anyone here filled out a non-delivery of notice?

We just started out CR1 and our I-130 was suspended for RFE.

We both live in Brazil and our NOA1 and RFE never arrived in the mail. When filling out the Non-delivery of notice it has a subsection entitled `form sub type`which none of the options applies to us. Do i leave it blank?

It also asks for a mailing address with only american states listed. We live in Brazil as I said before so what do I put? Or is that supposed to be the Chicago lockbox address?

TRANSLATION: We had problems in the past and had to start all over again! As we are above 50s, and it is being difficult to stay away from our grand kids, this time we hired a lawyer. Its office is specialized in immigration, they understand and speak Portuguese, and also receive our USCIS/IV mails. But this office is in SLC/UT. It is not cheap, but it is good choice due to the peace of mind that it gives to us! We chose them by an indication of a friend, and also because of good evaluation from avvo.com. Happened to us. We had our address down as physical, but the town only delivers to PO boxes. We were told that the NOA could not be resent. However, we got an e-mail 3 months later saying we should get it redelivered. I spoke to USCIS and they told us that it won't delay our case.

Another issue is an obligatory drop menu subsection in which none of the sections apply to us (married to someone under 21, filing for brother or sister etc) has anyone gone through this?

I130 - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21

Is the option you want. The under 21 only refers to the child.

In regards to the address, I have no idea. Maybe you could call them. Calling a 1-800 number is free on Skype.
