Download packet 3 from embassy web site. The 134 is the support form for submission with that packet. Obtain at least one years tax info from IRS web site by finding the link to tax transcripts which you can get free as a download too.

You will soon need the medical and police report too.

Thank for the info don't mean to be dumb but Ning said to download packet three from what website US Emabassy website or Thai Embassy Website?

I did not get the I-129 sent into the lockbox until 12/20/2014

12/22/2014 signed for at the lockbox location.

12/24/2014 Recieved Email and Text for NOA 1 so hopefully sometime next week will get hard copy. I have fiance working on NBI she is Filipinia, also medical so blood tests to make sure shots are up to date. Now I am going to fill out the I-134, but I have a question I am disabled and get money from the government but I don't think that will cut it so my mother who lives at same residence we share bills she will co-sponser so my mother needs to fill out I-684 and get tax returns correct. Any input would be much help want to get on this ASAP so I can get in front of the process.....

Happy Holidays!!!!

U S embassy. Your case is sent to the consulate which is across the street from the actual embassy. This is important because it affects timing of case movement.

Along with the 134 you should submit at least one years tax transcript. Your income and its source will be indicated. Your income from the U S govt may be fine but I am not sure.

If your income is too low you may have a problem because the embassy in BKK doesn't usually accept joint sponsors for K 1 cases. You can try it of course but may also consider marrying then filing C R 1 which would allow the use of a joint sponsor.

The site mentioned is the described " embassy web site " . That would be the embassy in BKK so the exact actions of the embassy may not be what you find in Havana.

I went on to the US Embassy site for packet 3 and it says that I should wait for the Embassy to come back and tell me what I need. I would like to start the process now though and for some reason I get a form Cambodia and my wife to be is from Philippines but interviewing in Bangkok, Thailand and I expect to be there sometime by February. I will be bringing everything original. I have my fiancee starting on medical so the immunization record will be fine. Also having her work on NBI for the Philippines. So I need Police Certification. Also Taxes for three years and any other suggestions that could help us?

Happy New Year!!!!
