i mean try calling NVC .

yes i did today and very frustrated by what they told me. it seems i have some problem for my overseas police certificate. i was living in malta for a couple of years back to 20 years ago, and i provided malta police certificate along with the other docs. but now rep told me my docs has been transfered to supervisor because they have doubt on malta police certificate, but it was issued by malta police headquarter. if this is not proper template, i don't know where should i get it from. this is really ridiculous. could anyone here give me some advice on this? if i call nvc for the supervisor's contact no. will they give it to me? i want my attorney talk to the supervisor, or i just wait a few days to see if they finally can verify it?

Sometimes attorneys are too busy to make a call.Try calling NVc again and ask for updates. I will include you in my prayer =)
