RFE response combined with frontloading???

Hey guys!

I've got an RFE for the I-130 form. It has to be corrected because of some wrong filled blanks.

My question is, if it makes sense to add any kind of "late frontloading info" to our RFE response, because we forgot to frontload our petition before sending in the I-130 application package a couple of months ago, means we haven't sent in any of this relevant stuff here yet:

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or 2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or 3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or 4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or 5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person makingthe affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and detailsexplaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or 6. Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

I also want to avoid any additional RFEs and let it move smoothly the next steps.

Or is it better just to respond to what they want (in this case sending in a corrected form I-130) to not overload their worktables?

They haven't asked for a proof of bona fide marriage in this RFE!

Thank you for your responses!

I will just send in corrected form if I was you . someone else opion might be different but if you was going to frontload I would of done it when you sent in the original I-130 form If they are sending you an rfe they could be getting ready for decision if you frontload now it might give them more stuff to look out I think you will be approve either way

If you choose you can send more documents at this time as well, and also again with the IV package.

Thank you guys, I appreciate it and if NLR says it doesn't hurt to send some additional stuff, we will consider this...

Just in case: do they usually send different RFEs for different subject or would it come all in one RFE if they would expect proof of bona fide marriage?
