Your fiancee can certainly apply for a visitor visa during K1 visa processing. The likelihood of her getting a visitor visa is near zero. She would have to prove to the satisfaction of the consular official that she has significant ties to China such that she would return to China after her US visit is completed. Such ties could include, property, house ownership, current stable Chinese employment, etc. Since you and her have already signified that she already has immigration intent and wants to move to the US by way of the pending K1 visa, it is unlikely that a visitor visa would be approved.

We encountered a similar situation during our immigration journey, and as a consequence I made several trips to China instead. It tends to be easier for USC to obtain a Chinese visitor visa. YMMV.

While you are waiting, Currently it shows that your interviewing embassy/consulate as "Armenia." You should consider changing that to "Guangzhou, China." Your VJ statistics/estimates may be more relevant with the correction.

I was wondering if it was possible to get a travel visa for my fiance during K1 processing. My K1 was received on 11/5/2014 and my notice is dated 11/07/2014.

She can apply for one, but she has clear immigrant intent so chances of her being approved are slim.
