OK,

Here is my vent and complaint. Sent in renewal passport in October, they stated it takes 4-6 weeks, OK cool. I called embassy in Washington, DC today, to say hey, never got a confirmation of receipt, etc... when will he receive his new passport. (although, I sent it with a tracking number)

Embassy Response: O we were going to call you, he needs two more passport pictures, and then it will be processed. Why the new pictures....he was showing teeth. O_O Bumba.....

So off we go to spend more money..... new pictures, notarization of pictures, and another priority mailing.

"Why the new pictures....he was showing teeth. "

Sorry to hear, but not saying that having to spend that extra is a fun time, but...that's sort of in the regulations for ALL passport pics world wide. no smiling, eyewear, showing of teeth, white background etc. I read everything since I refuse to deal with that kinda shite.

People in the future....If U reside in NY, NJ, CT, MA RI its best

you take off a day from work & a trip into NYC to Third Ave consulate

of Jamaica...get there B4 11:30 am. Make sure you have old PP, form

signed & notorized also pics signed along with the new birth-certificate

and marriage certificate (if married) *although U R taking in old PP*

If your old PP is lost , stolen or missing they will NOT ! issue you a PP

without a police report stating what happened EG: U got robbed, house

burned or broken into etc....most police depts. will not give a statement

months or yrs after the fact & is not inclined to issue these statements

barring an investigation of a crime (due to bandooloo biz a yaad)

If one has to travel in emergency an emergency certificate will be

issued, when U get to JA apply for an expedited PP (2 days) however

they too will need a police statement  along with all docs to issue

a PP as U will not be allowed to depart JA on the emergency certificate

U landed with......

The bad service and lackadasical behavior spill over even abroad

sadly by the incompetent Civil Servants...that's Y bandooloo thrives,

Pinkr sorry U had to endure that and if you are not being satisfied

call and ask for who is in charge & complain
