So, Fiance arrive on K1 and we just married.. Looking at all paperwork his VISA is listed as his last name is listed as given name and his surname is listed as his first. We looked on the Passport and it shows the same thing, Surname is listed as his first name and Last name/Given name is listed as his first. When we applied for his SSI they also had to list it like this... What are we supposed to do? Looking at his birth certificate it list his name as Last name, First name, Middle name. But his parents are listed as bord to, First Name, Last name... It is Mind blowing that nobody has caught this until now, We are about to file AOS and don't know what to do.Does this mean legally his last name is now his first? Please help... What does your Fiances Passports and Visas say?
