Fastest express mailing option? NOA1 timeframe from mailing? G-1145 question.

I had posted before here. We will have everything ready to mail this Saturday and we are willing to pay extra fees to get it there on Monday to the Chicago Lock box.

I'm thinking the best way is express mail overnite via USPS to their PO box. Please suggest or confirm this is the best way.

Also how long to get the NOA1? I see on other's timeline this takes a few days. If we overnight it does that help?

I plan on sending the e-notification form G-1145. Does that count as an NOA1?

I plan on sending the e-notification form G-1145. Does that count as an NOA1? No, filing a Form G-1145 means that USCIS should send you an email that confirming that they have initally received your paperwork. There will not be a receipt number associated with the G-1145 message. There will be a receipt number on the Form I-797c, that is the NOA1.

We have had great luck following the VJ Guides recommendations on mailing our assorted applications and petitions, using regular USPS PO Box delivery. Here is a quote from the Guide:

Where to File Everything:

Applicants are required to mail applications to a national mailbox (Chicago) as stated on the form (not your local USCIS office). Be sure to mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

I didn't find that overnighting it made any difference. We used USPS and sent it using whichever service gave me tracking and insurance, but I think it took 2 days. If memory serves, I used one of the flat rate boxes.

The extra $$ for overnight wasn't worth it to me in this case, but not everyone feels the same. Of course some people's AOS journey is much shorter than mine, but for mine, 1 or 2 days made zero difference...

We also used personal checks so we could verify when they cashed them. We got our NOA1s shortly after that.

I just received text messages and emails due to the G-1145 request that gave me 3 MSCxxxxxxxxxx numbers for I-130, I-485, and I-765. (We did not apply for I-131)

I do have a question about the I-797c NOA1 that will follow in the mail... Will that be enough for my wife to legally be here in country?

I ask because of the part of the notice I bolded and enlarged:

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxx. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case. This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS.

The new 797-c's since 2012 have this same verbiage right on top of the form:

And... for this matter if the electronic and paper both have this verbiage then the electronic version should be just as much evidence as the hard copy. In either case an immigration official (From ICE for instance) could not take action to deport an individual without checking with USCIS anyway.

Using this thinking I say this electronic NOA1 hold just as much relevance as a hard copy NOA1 and since it gives us three individual MSC numbers it is the same. We have our NOA1.

If I am wrong correct me and tell me why. For instance - give me a case where someone received an electronic email or text NOA1 and it was later determined to not be an NOA1 and they rejected the application.

With those MSC receipt numbers I was able to create an account at USCIS and add all three MSC's to my account. Here is status of one of those:
