I dont understand what new window and old window u are talking about.

Try deleting the cookies and then re check.. And relax Uscis will email if u have RFE or send you post. Its very early for u to start thinking.

And especially on weekends govt website and dbase doesnt works.

I know what u mean.. Freaking out but only way u can ease is to have patience. I too break loose on emotions once a while and drive myself crazy

A few people are getting this error. USCIS updated their website on Friday evening to a new interface. I suspect that not everything linked up correctly. I would try again next week. If you still get the error on Wednesday, call the number in the error message.

We get it, man. There are errors. Read the posts above and see that the USCIS website is having issues this weekend. Heed Rdahal's advice and just chill out.

Wait about a week and by then the webmasters should've debugged this new interface they updated to, enough so that you can log on.

I'm into IT, too. I can only imagine the pressure that's on their shoulders when updating a government website that has such a huge load on its servers each day.

i have to tell u this story..

A guy was hired as shepard in village. Villager gave him a flute to play if there was tiger. So days passed no tiger, shepard felt urge to play that flute and he did. Soon the villager came.. But no tiger.. Shepard liked it.. And then he did same thing couple of time just for fun.. Later on when there was seriously a tiger hunting his animal no one came to help

stop being shepard and stop inviting villagers VJ members for this tiny stuff. When u have really big issue then people might ignore thinking u were just bitching like a kid.

See and read the forum.. Dig up and read the issue.. Watch people problem and make a note and when u have actual problem then post and people here are more than willing to help
