Hello,

I used this .

I also put post-its on each seperate file (I had in each space 2 file of documents : originals / copies)

I had plenty of time on my way to the embassy so I added notes on almost everything ^^

It's still all organized at home .. 1,5 month after my interview lol

I hope this could help you, good luck !!

So it's not gonna be easy.

It's going to be really hard;

we're gonna have to work at this everyday,

but I want to do that because I want you.

I want all of you, forever, everyday.

You and me.. everyday.

I remember reading on here awhile ago that someone had used a pillowcase to put all there documents in. Not sure how organized that would be but certainly an inventive idea.

We are using, this may sound weird but we have a lot of snail mail to compile and have found that the best thing for that is clear plastic bags with zips, (The kind that new bedsheets often come in from the shop) Hahaha, that's a little strange too, but surprisingly it has kept a lot of loose letters and cards in somewhat order. We made a description for the front (Inserting it in the little plastic pocket that contained the sheet description) and yeah, it has this portion of our evidence in a visible and contained place.

For our documents we are using post its on separate folders as well! This keeps things very organized for us.

All the best!! :)

 That is similar to what we used, and have continued to use it for AOS documents as well.

We have documents organized in an accordian folder with post its on the ends for tabs.

Our pictures, phone logs, chat logs, etc are in a 3 ring binder. You can buy plastic sheet protectors that already have the holes punched to fit the binders. I copied our pictures onto 8x11 1/2 paper and put them in the protectors.

I'm taking regular folders to my interview. One with the actuak K-1 package, one with relationship evidence, one with extra stuff like instructions, NOA1 and 2 and NVC letter, one with the copy of the petition package and one for my medical. I think I'll just tie them together.

I don't know, for some reason I thought those expanding folders don't make the documents visible.
