Biometric Appt was 10/23 but we just received the letter on 10/25! Missed Appt. Help!

We just received our biometric appt letter and our scheduled appt was Thursday, but the letter only just arrived today (Saturday)!! I've made an Info Pass Appt for Monday morning. Will they let us reschedule?

Wow! that was weird, receiving the letter after the appointment time. You should be good. Ensure to bring that letter with the Envelope.. (show the PostMark) so you can proof when you received it.. Good Luck!!

You can take the letter to the bio place and ask if you can just do what you need to do. This is possible where we went and I have seen it allowed in other locations.

Hopefully they will just allow you to do the biometrics then and there at your infopass appointment.
