Does anybody know how to pay the $165 for the green card fee please? (Hubby is coming from Haiti)

Did your husband not get the instruction sheet?Well that's the site. You have yup to a year to pay the fee. But most pay before they POE.

When did your hubbyy get his Alien # for you to be able to do the z4165 fee, wasn't it after he picked up his passport?

August 28, 2013 [visited him for three months]

February 13, 2014 [ Dispatch his family from Naples, Florida to meet with my parents and Pastor to ask for my hand in marriage]
