I'm just getting started filing out for my parents and brother from india. The question I had were:

1. Do I have to fill out an application for each? Or do I file once for my parents?

2. What will the total fees be for all 3?

Thanks in advance. I'll continue searching and will probably have other questions through this journey...

Your brother needs a separate petition. Siblings of USC's are taking 12+ years, it would be faster if one of your parents petitions him when they become LPR's. Your parents also need separate petitions. The fee for each petition is $420.

No. That is needed when the case is at the NVC. Only send what is needed with the I-130 package per the instructions. Also please follow the guides here on the website to learn how to prepare your I-130 package.
