Hi do anybody know what to do next after receiving the approval letter from the uscis. I petitioned for my fiancé who live in Paris she went to the approval letter to the U.S. embassy in Paris but they didn't let her In with the letter. I called them but they told me to go on the embassy website for info.

Hi everyone I have I question regarding the visa k-2 for children. My fiancee son his a French citizen therefore doesn't need a visa to enter the U.S. for 3 month on a visa waiver program. I still have to apply for a visa k-2 visa for him I can just let him travel with his European Union passport with his mother(? my fiancé is not a European Union citizen she is just a resident in France so need visa k1 to come to the U.S.)
