uscis approved!!!!!!!!

Timeline

hi all vj members

i m vry happy that we approved from uscis today , i just want to know that

now how long we have to wait for visa in hand ? or whats a next step?

is this same time as from noa1 to noa2?

Congrats!

The timeline is vary from different person and different stage. Usually, after approval USCIS sent your approved I-129F to National Visa Center (NVC), they assigned you a case number and will forward to the US embassy in your country. It takes up to 90 days when USCIS send the application to NVC. That's normal time frame if you made a call to the NVC and spoke to the Tier 2. Mine take about 2 weeks before NVC was received the petition. Again, it is vary.

Definitely it won't hurt. My then-fiance (my husband now) came to Jakarta to attend my interview. The CO stopped asking me any further questions after I told him that my fiance was waiting outside of the interview room.

is we get any txt/email?
