Hello again!

My wife has been hearing some rumors from friends that people are being denied their visas.

I am curious if anyone has experienced this or knows someone that has experienced this?

thanks,,,

Of course people get denied everyday in every embassy on the world. It happens. And there's a multitude of reasons that is specific to that couple why they were denied.

If you have evidence of a bonafide relationship and show it and convince the CO shouldn't be a problem.

Have you gone through the interview reviews for your country here and read them all getting a feel how the CO's are there? If not you should.

Dwheels76,

thank you for the link. I have gone through a few pages and have noticed that certain documents could be requested prior to interview. Will these documents be stated prior to the interview date or must we bring all the same civil documents and forms that we sent to the NVC?

I am hoping that it won't be a problem, but my wife is the type of person who hears one small experience, and believes that it will effect everyone.

We got married in Japan and had our wedding ceremony in both Japan and Korea back in 2012. But because of my school, we are currently living on opposite sides of the ocean.

Many will have just a copy of their AOS and IV package but no you don't have to go and get originals. Whatever you sent to NVC gets sent to embassy.

Who's the petitioner you or her?

Tell her not to internalize others issues and situation. Many of the denials you don't know the whole sorted story all we read is they had the perfect petition package and we can't imagine why they are denied. Don't think on them. You know you are real you have the evidence think on those good things.
